The Chicago Black Partners Alliance (CBPA) is a professional networking group consisting of Black partners at major Chicago law firms representing privately and publicly-held corporations in nearly every conceivable practice area.

The CBPA is committed to: (1) leveraging relationships in order to benefit its members’ respective business development efforts and to otherwise serve as a resource for companies seeking to retain outside counsel of diverse backgrounds; (2) improving the recruitment, retention, advancement and promotion of Black and other diverse attorneys in Chicago-area law firms and corporations; and (3) providing an experienced network of mentors across its members’ respective organizations for the benefit of diverse junior attorneys in Chicago area law firms and organizations.
